IND vs ZIM 5th T20I: Sanju Samson hits biggest six of the series, ball goes out of the ground

Sanju Samson hit the longest six of the series, reaching a height of 110 metres, in the fifth and final T20 International series between Zimbabwe and India. The ball shot out of the ground due to the enormous six.

Sanju Samson scored 58 runs in the fifth Twenty20 International against Zimbabwe, and the men in blue won by a margin of 42 runs. The Blue Tigers won four straight games to win the series.

Zimbabwe chose to bowl first after winning the toss and being briefed about the match. India made 167 runs while batting first but lost six wickets. Of them, Riyan Parag scored 22 runs, Shivam Dube scored 26, and Sanju Samson scored 58. Richard Ngarava and Sikandar Raza each claimed one wicket, while Blessing Muzarabani claimed two for Zimbabwe.

Zimbabwe lost every wicket in 125 runs while chasing the goal, giving India a 42-run victory. Of which, Faraz Akram and Tadiwanashe Marumani each scored 27 runs, and Dion Myers scored 34 runs. Mukesh Kumar claimed four wickets for India, Washington Sundar claimed two, and Shivam Dube claimed one.

India won the series notably by winning four games in a row. India beat Zimbabwe by 10 wickets in the fourth Twenty20 International, 23 runs in the third, and 100 runs in the second. The men in blue defeated Zimbabwe by 13 runs in the opening game.
